Clear medium amber with a fluffy off-white head, and a bitter tangerine aroma. A slightly grainy mouthfeel carries a citrus bitterness atop a biscuit malt backbone, finishing with a dry bitterness.

Bottle 750ml from a supermarket in Südtirol. Hazy yellow lemonade color with a moderate thin head. Lemony, grassy, bit of grain in the nose. Flavor adds some sweetness, a touch vegetal, nice bitterness level for the style. Not too complex in the hop flavor; lemony.

Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours very, very light pink with some bubbles. Aroma is mildly apple skin with something a bit like spice - but not much. Near med body. Flavor is apple skin tart; quite dry; something lightly hinting at cinnamon or ?. Quite drinkable.

330ml bottle. Pours lemon gold with a large head. Aroma is sweet, limey elderflower and wheat. Taste has elderflower to start. Wheaty, grainy finish.

(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20200201) The cider poured nearly water coloured and clear. Its head was small and disappeared quickly. Aroma had apples and yeast. Palate was medium bodied with very high carbonation. Flavours were apples, yeast, sweetness and light tartness. Aftertaste had apples and light tartness. A decent but very fizzy cider.

Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours perry color with a decent tho transient white head. Nice aroma, sort of perry without the pear. Not near medium body. Flavor is lightly, lightly tart with some, but not much, sugar. I'm going with green apple skins. Fairly dry. Mild flavors. Refreshing.
