BIAB at Crafty Merlins, Darlington. Red orange-amber colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of cherry, apple. Taste is sweet, tart, cherry, berry, vanilla, with pastry & custard notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, fiish is sweet & slightly tart. Quite OK.

Box @ Stable, Birmingham pre-Smashing Pumpkins. Misty golden yellow complexion. Very gentle perry character, light sweetness, a touch doughy, light body.. alright ish.

Box @ The Boot, Wellington. Pours a generally clear amber with a purple hue. Medium apple fruit aroma. Very little damson coming through, moderately sweet medium apple fruit. Expected more from this.

26/1/2024. From BIAB at The Dove Street Inn, Ipswich. Pours clear golden amber with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet apple, caramel, biscuit, biscoff spread. Quite heavy sweetness. Moderate body, soft carbonation. Light drying tart finish. Not bad.

Draught. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour with no head. Aroma is green apple skins, some mature apples and mild sweetness. Flavour is green apples, some sweet sugary apples and mild toffeeish and yeasty tones. Complex and somewhat dry palate.

Bag in a box action at The Green Goddess, Blackheath. Deep amber pour. Heavy peach aromas, touch of raspberry jam. Peach, raspberry & subtle apricot taste. Jammy sweet finish.
