Sample from bag in box. Appearance - deep reddish pink. Nose- definitely evokes raspberry ripple ice cream. Taste - ripe almost sweet raspberry. Palate - light ro medium bodied, sweet with light fruit acidity. Overall - a guilty pleasure.

BIAB at Half Moon, Darlington. Reddish amber colour, no head and aroma of fruit, apple, gooseberry. Taste is sweet, gooseberry, tart, fruity, apple, some caramel, vanilla, with residual sweetness and light acidity. Syrupy, medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet finish. Quite drinkable

Box @ Lilley's Cider, Frome. Pours a clear gold. Strong toffee aroma, continuing to taste, more toffee than banana to be fair. Simplistic, straightforward toffee cider / alcoholic drink /whatever it is!

Cask @ Flying Horse Hotel, Rochdale. Peach coloured and hazy. The fruit itself is light but impactful enough, and certainly much more prevalent in its nose.

Box @ Market Tavern, Brighouse. Crisp dryish paler red cider. The aforementioned subdue the red berry influence in here, which is understated, but still provides an underlying sweetness to the drink.

Bottle online from Hop Vault, Stourbridge. Pours clear gold with a pink hue, loose fizzy white cap. Aroma: sweet, apples, rhubarb & custard. Taste: moderate+ sweet, apples, rhubarb, vanilla. Light to medium body with spritzy carbonation. Nice flavours but too sweet for me.
