16/6/2023. From BIAB at the 18th Braintree Real Ale Festival. Pours clear pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of toffee, banana, vanilla, banoffee pie, cheesecake mix, light herb, slight soapy edge. Odd notes in the aroma. Heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, oily and watery, low carbonation. Very sweet, but guess it's okay.

Box @ Lifeboat Ale and Cider House, Margate. Dark amber cider, quite sweet tasting too with toffee part of this double taste act the more dominant, but not overbearing.

In a Box, half-pint in the Red Lion, the pub inside the National Tramway Museum on 6th May 2023. Almost the colour of Ribena, taste was similar too!

Box @ Cromwell's Tap House Sausage & Cider Fest. Pale golden yellow pour with a fine mist. Gentle biscoff aroma. Taste bears a pleasant caramelised sweetness, ginger, cinnamon, biscoff, light bodied, vague apple sweetness in the distance. I do like Biscoff, but not sure I'd want to have it in an alcoholic drink. Fine for a novelty.

Cask pulled @ Flying Horse Hotel, Rochdale. Hazed golden cider with an easy drinking texture. It definitely has a biscuit-sweetness to its apple flavour, but there's certainly nothing heavy tasting about this.

BIAB at Eaglescliffe Beer Festival 2023. Pale gold colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of apple, spice, wood, rum. Taste is sweet, spiced, cinnamon, rum, apple, woody. Medium. bodied, low carbonation, warming spiced rum finish. Quite OK

BIAB at Eaglescliffe Beer Festival 2023. Purplish tinged amber gold colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of plum & apple. Taste is sweetish, plum, apple, spice, and some tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium sweet light tannic finish. Quite OK.
