Small whitish rim; clear, darker copper beer. Very perfumey, almonds, vanilla, estery. Almondy, amandine and a bit metallic backthroat. Faint alcohol, even enhancing the sweetness. Very slick, but bit empty feel. Feels better carbonated than it looks. Wààày to perfumey, and I don't mean floral. Vanilla version of a tripel. As comparing Zelda to the Witcher. Txs to Stef!

Thick cream head with a pink sheen over brown-red to black beer. Chocolate, with a small dash of rum. Other grains suggested. Chocolate again in the taste, if somewhat more restrained; faint hint of ashes; roast. Dry flavour despite the chocolate vector. I never eat phallus impudicus, but I don't get the oyster fungus. Medium to well-bodied, medium carbonation. Aftertaste is just a tad vinous. Nothing special really. Beery chocolate drink with some alcohol. Txs to Stef!

330ml can via Beer52, drank at home late on 5th June 2025. Very dark brown with a tanned head. Malty, earthy and a little bitter, didn't find any mushroom flavours or esters, but it's a pleasant enough Porter.

Bottle, 6.7%. Fruity aroma, slightly oxidized, but with some fairly fresh baking yeast. Hazy copper colour. OK stable white head. The flavour is sweetish, nicely malty, spicy with a strange touch. Old yeast notes in the finish, slightly soapy. Good creamy mouthfeel.

Bottle, 5.6%. Weak wheaty and yeasty aroma. Hazy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour has some yeast and a little sweetness. Also acid, lemon and tangerine. At first the yeast put me off, but the acid is slightly complex, and that makes it more interesting. 636312 / 6 6 6 6 6

[33cl can from Beer52.] An opaque glossy peaty brown coloured pour with a medium beige head; earthy malt aroma; smooth chocolate taste to start, then the mushrooms add an earthy bitterness; the finish is dry with a fruity tang. A complex porter.
