Grape sugar, coreander aroma. Yeast flavor, herbal. In fact, the herbalness and the yeast overpower the usual witbier flavors. Pity, the aroma promised a decent beer.

Cloudy, orange color, no head. Golden delicious aroma and flavor. Rather thin. Just a hint of caramel. Fairly clean palate, just a bit yeasty. The beer doesn't look inviting, but is in fact very drinkable.

Bottled in september '03, way too early to sell to customers. No head, very cloudy, orange color. Honey and licorice aroma. No lacing, sugary "zoethout" flavor. Needs further cellaring to develop, but I doubt if this would do this beer any good.

Bottled 12-03. Very dark brown color. Almost no head at all. Cane sugar aroma, a bit dusty. Sweet and sugary, roasted malt. Alcohol masked by the sugary sweetness. Rather flat beer with some potential, that needs to develop further.

Dark amber color, hardly any head. Yeasty aroma with honey and orange. Yeast, licorice, mustard and milk chocolate in the flavor. Some late hopbitterness and just a bit of sourness. Some warming alcohol. Not bad.

Intensely cloudy dark amber beer with a small head. Honey, yeast and orange in the rather complex aroma. Sweet, yeasty flavor with milk chocolate and honey. Slight orange sourness. Too yeasty to make a real impression.

Dusty, somewhat acidic aroma with apple. Fat, buttery flavor, acidic with apple. A hint of vinegar, dusty, orange. A hint of sweet wood. Amateuristically brewed beer, far away from perfection.

Eindhovens Bockbier: Vague cherry aroma. Thin. Slight apple and cherry flavor and just a hint of yeasty bitterness. Unconvincing and a bit amateuristic. Earlier Rating: 11/22/2002 Skendelse Bock: Total Score: 3.52002 "vintage" Malt, apple and butter in the aroma. Sweet, malty taste with some sour notes. Butter, yoghurt and orange flavors.
