Bottle shared @Luppolo Station (Roma). Dorata brillante, un filo velata, schiuma leggera. Al naso nette note di mela, con sentori di fiori bianchi, sambuco, camomilla. In bocca è dolce, succosa, succo di mela, chiusura appena appena acidula. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Un po' giovane, ma estremamente pulita e molto promettente!
