Golden to light copper with a good sized head for a cider that thins to the edge and some spotting.
Nose is caramelised apples, straw, herb, tannins.
Taste comprises bitter sweet apple, vinous tones, light acidic spike, tannins, funk.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, good drying close.
Solid drop.

25/8/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Super pour. Aroma is rich apple, brandy snap biscuit, funky, woody, caramel, vanilla. Full bodied and smooth. Dry, tannic, bittersweet finish. Very good.

750ml wired cork bottle from Willie Smiths. Orangey golden colour, short-lived off-white foam head and aroma of apple, flesh, wood, leather, funk. Taste is tart, tangy, appley, fruity, with some caramel, and woody, funky, leathery notes, with drying bitter tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tangy earthy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

355ml can from Cellarbrations, Woolloomooloo. Gluten Free. Hazed yellow gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of spices, cardamon, apple strudel. Taste is sweetish and tart, tangy, apple strudel, ginger, cardamon, spice, and some citric acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, spiced finish. Quite OK.
