Description
Our wonderful brewery that many of you know and love was first set up in 2016 after months and months of hard work converting an old barn into a fully functional business.
Even though we were able to replace some of our equipment, to this day we are still using the OG 750 litre brew kit we bought off Ebay - and sheโs SO ready to retire.
Where we are at the moment has around 900sq ft for us to work within, plus 750sq ft of storage and parking for 3-4 vehicles. Our new site has a whopping 3000sq ft with 1500sq ft of storage for us to use, and we have a car park too which is something we feel we desperately need to be able to move forward the way we would like to.
Due to the increase in workspace size, this will enable us to go from brewing 3000 litres a week to an incredible 8500 litres a week! We have two new 2000 litre fermenters meaning we can increase our brew capacity from 750 litres a day to 2000 litres a day.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - it's a gusher. Then half a bottle left is amber and opaque. Nose - vegetal like carrots. Earthy spice and if there is any fruit in there it might be a dried apricot or orange. Taste - very yeasty around the edges and this confirms what the opening had implied. Palate - creamy and medium bodied. Crunchy in texture. Dry crunchy finish. Overall - ok but looks like it's infected.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - slight gusher and then amber with generous lacing. Nose - light sherbet, orange and red fruit. Taste - definite sherbet unintended methinks. Light red fruits again. Palate - creamy and close to medium bodied. Sherbet / yeast notes prevalent. Overall - something wrong with this one. Not what the brewer intended.

Wildcraft Cranberry Saison, Bottle picked up from Roys of Wroxham, Norfolk, consumed down Lynn and Barry's, Thursday 21st February 2019, we were invited for tea. Pours light amber it's hazy in fact it's very cloudy. Sweet, malty, I am not getting any cranberry, it's really exhibiting little in the way of flavour so difficult to be to harsh on it but by the same token I cannot shower it with praise. Unlike any Saison I've ever had, it's a drab, sweet, flavourless disappointment.
