Even though we were able to replace some of our equipment, to this day we are still using the OG 750 litre brew kit we bought off Ebay - and she’s SO ready to retire.
Where we are at the moment has around 900sq ft for us to work within, plus 750sq ft of storage and parking for 3-4 vehicles. Our new site has a whopping 3000sq ft with 1500sq ft of storage for us to use, and we have a car park too which is something we feel we desperately need to be able to move forward the way we would like to.
Due to the increase in workspace size, this will enable us to go from brewing 3000 litres a week to an incredible 8500 litres a week! We have two new 2000 litre fermenters meaning we can increase our brew capacity from 750 litres a day to 2000 litres a day.

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Orange gold colour, white foam head and earthy grainy zesty aroma. Taste is grainy, some berry fruit, citrus hints and earthy dusty bitterness. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Quite OK.

Bottle. From the beer shop / grocers / post office in Ringstead, Norfolk. Hazy, pale copper colour. Ring of beige head. Nose has light toasted malts. Nutty milk chocolate. Some raisin. Taste is nutty sweet, with a soft twang of vine fruits. Light body. A tad watery, maybe. Finish fades quickly. Ok.

Unclear amber color with a tan head. Yeast and fruity aroma. Not that inviting. Medium body and a soft carbonation level. Ok balance between sweetness and bitterness. Yeast, fruity and bready flavor. Not really nice.

Cask at Fat Cat in Norwich, shared with friends. Filmy layer, spotty lacing, cloudy orange coloured body. Smell of coffee grounds. Coffee flavours added by mellow fruits. Coffee-fruity endnotes. Just alright (18.02.2017).
