Description
Our wonderful brewery that many of you know and love was first set up in 2016 after months and months of hard work converting an old barn into a fully functional business.

Even though we were able to replace some of our equipment, to this day we are still using the OG 750 litre brew kit we bought off Ebay - and she’s SO ready to retire.

Where we are at the moment has around 900sq ft for us to work within, plus 750sq ft of storage and parking for 3-4 vehicles. Our new site has a whopping 3000sq ft with 1500sq ft of storage for us to use, and we have a car park too which is something we feel we desperately need to be able to move forward the way we would like to.

Due to the increase in workspace size, this will enable us to go from brewing 3000 litres a week to an incredible 8500 litres a week! We have two new 2000 litre fermenters meaning we can increase our brew capacity from 750 litres a day to 2000 litres a day.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Appearance - total gusher, lost more than half the beer. It's Wildcraft, that's why. Eventually settles to half a pint of amber/red with an off white head. Nose - remarkably despite the lively yeast, it smells of coffee beans and light floral notes. Taste - coffee again and some fresh citrus. Palate - creamy and smooth through the middle. Dry finish. Overall - can't forgive yet another gusher, but actually tasted fine.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. And it's another gusher from Wildcraft. Consistent! Appearance - golden with a massive gushy head that took 3 pours.. Nose - pine, citrus, and yes, pineapple. Taste - creamy custard and pineapple. Tarte tatin. Pine / resin again. Palate - light to medium bodied. Tangy dry finish. Overall - decent in the end despite the initial gush.

500ml bottle courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Gluten Free. Gusher on opening. Hazy orange-gold amber colour, big foamy white head and aroma of coffee, woody, malt. Taste is malt, wood, coffee grounds, roasty with earthy ashy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry coffee bean bitter finish. Quite drinkable

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Appearance - lively, yeast infection like. Poured in 3 parts. Ratings on first pour. It's golden. Fluffy head. Nose - citrus and peach. Grassy. Taste - more of the same. The initial pour was free of any infection. Despite the lively bottle the second pour was ok with not quite as clean. Palate - creamy and light to medium bodied. Balanced bitterness. Overall - there is something wrong re how this beer was bottled. However good enough recipe.

Bottle: Holy crap this one is a foamy mofo, when there is already head in the bottle before pouring it might be an issue. Poured a mahogany brown with a huge (understatement) tan head. Aroma is head...earthy and nutty, some malts. Taste is earthy, some hazelnuts, leafy, malty, finish is dry and nutty.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - golden with a lively head. Nose - sour berry, a little and something slightly poopy. Taste - fresh sour berries this time. Again a bit earthy but cleaner than the nose. Palate - tangy, while a little creamy too. Dry, tangy finish. Overall - quite good after a poor start.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. I think as @blackHaddock said this beer is “a shitty sour (but Cranberry sweet) sort of way!” And I quite liked it.
