Description
Our wonderful brewery that many of you know and love was first set up in 2016 after months and months of hard work converting an old barn into a fully functional business.
Even though we were able to replace some of our equipment, to this day we are still using the OG 750 litre brew kit we bought off Ebay - and she’s SO ready to retire.
Where we are at the moment has around 900sq ft for us to work within, plus 750sq ft of storage and parking for 3-4 vehicles. Our new site has a whopping 3000sq ft with 1500sq ft of storage for us to use, and we have a car park too which is something we feel we desperately need to be able to move forward the way we would like to.
Due to the increase in workspace size, this will enable us to go from brewing 3000 litres a week to an incredible 8500 litres a week! We have two new 2000 litre fermenters meaning we can increase our brew capacity from 750 litres a day to 2000 litres a day.

Frothy tan head left a cover on a reddish brown still body. Malt, sultana & sliced fruit aroma. Medium bodied, lightly carbonated with a clean back. Toffee, spiced fruit, malt & berry tastes. Tastes like Christmas!

7/7/2021. Bottle from the Real Ale Shop, Wells. Opened with the usual Wildcraft explosion but I was ready for this one. Poured cloudy pale orange with a huge fluffy white head and plenty of unavoidable “pesky sediment!”. Aroma of citrus, tangerine, malt, straw, fruit biscuit, touch of pineapple, peach and mineral notes. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness, touch of tart. Moderate body, quite fizzy. Sweet and fruity finish. Not bad but they need to bring their beer bottling under control.

26/6/2021. Bottle shared with Dan & ITFCfan at the Euro16 beer share. From Real Ale Shop, Wells. Huge explosive gusher on opening, quick reactions saving most of it thankfully. Huge white head, eventually settled clear gold. Aroma of pineapple cubes, sherbet, liver salts. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Finished weak flavoured water. Not good, and the theatrics were unnecessary!

500ml bottle from Beers of Europe - Hazy orange body, gushing head. Nose is sweet mango, a bit flowery. Taste is a slow burner, loads of sweet mango in the finish, strong hop bitterness after a few sips. Really good, I think this is my first of this brewery, need to get more.

my 1600 a new Brewery. Piana srednia, a raczej mala, opada szybciej niz przebiega podroz orient expresem, jasna zlota poczatkowo jaskrawa barwa potem nieco jest metne z lekkim osadem, pachnie typowo po wyspiarsku, solidna podbudowa slodowa w koncu to maris otter barley malt. pojawia sie ze sporym opoznieniem fajna goryczka taka typowa dla brytyjskich ale trawiasta i pozostawiajaca jakis czas ten posmak w przelyku. solidne. Summer ale drink in cold winter.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Appearance - light gusher as often with this brewery. cloudy orange/brown with a snow white head. Nose - mangoes for sure, also pungent and perfumed blossom and overripe fruit notes. Taste - very much like the nose. Overripe fruit, pungent mango and an edge of something floral. Palate - close to medium bodied. Creamy texture. Balanced bitterness with a decent linger. Overall - slightly lively on opening but much better after that.

Bottle thanks to Ashton McCobb. Gusher. Pours dark brown with a lively, indeed problematic beige head. Aromas are earthy, blackcurrant and liquorice. Taste is dry, blackberry, faint chocolate. Dry finish.
