Can from Craftshack. Pours clear brassy gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma of mixed berries and something suggesting mango. Med body at least. Juicy but dry. Flavor is citrus/pine, mixed berries and green melon. Very light malt. Earthy impression in the finish. Definitely a West Coast bitterness. Excellent.

Can from Craftshack. Pours very dark brn/blk with a decent creamy tan head. Aroma of roasty, but not toasty, malt with chocolate notes. Med plus body. Flavor matches the aroma. It's reasonably towards dry; there's a sour malt aspect; oat slick/flavor. Earthy in the finish. Good stuff.

Pint can from Total Wine Brookfield, 3/9/21. Clear gold, large fizzy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of pale malt, mild smoke. Taste is mild smoke, caramel, piney hops. Medium bodied, crisp. Smoke is very mild but it is noticeable. I'm a fiend for smoke but it's a very nice beer even though it leaves me craving.

16 ounce can. Medium gold pour. Small bubbly beige head. Sour earthy malt aroma. Flavor upfront is tart, yeasty Brett funk. Notes of stone fruit, perhaps peach and plum as advertised. Sour from beginning to finish. Dryish herbal finish.

Can - willing to bet this was inspired by Dupont Avec Les Bons Voeux - it’s got that “saison bordering on tripel” thing going on that that beer does - lots of spicy (but not overwhelming) phenols that meld well with the spicy, lemony, grassy hops - rich maltiness, but still dry, lightly flinty, with mild background buggy complexities - near the finish has a mild sweetness, but a moderate acidity swells up along with a final punch of spicy yeast character to round it out - it’s got great balance for the strength and is overall pretty damn delicious.

Bottle picked up from Mikkeller webshop somewhere in Denmark and consumed at home Sunday 17th January 2021 after a mammoth cleaning snow off of the drive, now listening to Billy NoMates self titled album, cooking lots of Mexican food. Pours light hazy amber with a white head, Brett on the nose, zappy fruity, lemony, streaky. Nice.

Capped 375, Blend No. 2, from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours dark ruddy amber with a transient beige head. Aroma is mildly sour, mostly cooking cherries. Med body at least. Flavor is sour/tart. Malt is toffee in a sour way. Flavor is the malt and mostly cherries - which seem to be of the cooking sort - some very lightly musty wood. Dry. Mildly bitter. Moderately tart/sour. Very good.
