Capped 750 from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a foamy white head. Aroma of peaches, earth and wood - oaky astringency and/or some sour. Med body at least. Flavor of peaches and wood, moderately sour, a little earthy. Dry. Sour/bitter kind of finish. With a few quaffs the Brett comes out nicely, tho the sour interferes with the Brett flavor level. This is pretty good ale.

Bottle thanks to AJ. Pours a hazy amber with small white head. The aroma is raspberry, earth, oak, barnyard. Slick body, berry, wood, bourbon in the finish, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Pours clear gold into a stein. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to nothing. Lemon and bread aromas. Crisp with lemon and caramel upfront turning to earthy pine and peel in the lasting finish.
Nose: sharp brett, clean notes, some tannin/berry. Palate: quite acetic, lots of tannins, some deep berry flavors, some mild smoky barrel notes, kinda dry

Pour is a almost clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is very estery and floral. Flavor is some hay and straw malt with more pop from that Belgian yeast. This was a nice simple saison.
