33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ 't Kleine Uiltje, Gorinchem. Dark brown with a very thin off-white head. Dark roasted malts with figs and dates. Sweet taste with a hint of coffee and chocolate. Thick body and a lingering bitter finish. Nice one.

Sampled at NSF Den Bosch. Dark brown color, nice dark red glare, small beige head. Smell and taste malts, oak, barrel aging clearly in there, lightly nutty hints, somewhat bitter. Beer is quite dead unfortunately so in the end I'd say it has potential but they're not quite there yet. 7-3-6-2-13.

Sampled at NSF Den Bosch. Opaque dark brown to black color, average sized beige head. Aroma and flavor both have malts, dark malts, caramel notes but also raisins and it general it leans towards the sweet side with dark ripe fruit notes all along. Quite like this one, well done. 8-3-8-4-16.

Sampled at NSF Den Bosch. Unclear dark orange to reddish color, full sized off-white head. Aroma is malts, grainy but also nicely hoppy. Flavor as expected though is more malty and grainy with little hoppiness. Must admit, malt and hop bitterness present. Quite well done for only 2% ABV. 7-3-7-3-16.

Geprobeerd met Inoven, Roelzie1986 en Benzai op het Nederlands Speciaalbier festival in den Bosch. Het is een donkerbruin bier met een dun schuim. Het heeft een gebrande wat houtige geur. De smaak is moutig gebrand en houtig.
