75cl bottle, thanks to Danlo for this! Pours a deep gold, thin receding bubbles atop. Aroma is rich apple, skin, earthy. Taste presents a sharp acidity, rich stewed apple fruit with a coarse bitterness. Acidity is perhaps a little high, quite astringent and phenolic but you get used to it somewhat. Characterful devon cider.

Light sweetness, medium plus tartness. Medium body, oily texture, average to fizzy carbonation. Dry, astringent finish. Decent.
