Description
Hops and Dots Brew Co. founded in 2019 – originally based in Linthorpe, Middlesbrough. In 2021 the brewery relocated to County Durham with opportunity to open a taproom on the horizon and a brand new brewhouse! We wanted to make beer that we would drink – so, that’s what we did. We promote braille through our beers – we love dots. Craft beer should be acessible and hoppy – we love hops!

440ml can purchased from the brewery and drunk at home. Dark brown and only slightly translucent with a large loose khaki head. Big malty aroma, chocolate Horlicks and earthy notes. Sweet taste with notes of plum and cola alongside the malty flavours. Bitterness in the long finish, with more stone fruit and some ash. Body’s a bit thin. Very good overall.
