Tap at the source. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a sicky white head. Aroma is sweaty hop, bready grains pine, vague hop. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, wheaty grains, spicy hop. Palate is semi sweet flaked wheat. Moderate carbonation.

Tap, at Surrealiste while Theydon and Wingman share a fucking fleece blanket. Nearly black. Slim beige foam. Light roast coffee. Light roast malts. Some sweet vinous notes. Taste is dry and light bitter. Some coffee bean earthiness. Light to medium body drinks easy. Light to moderate earthy finish. Well put together.

(Draught at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 18 Oct 2023) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with pineapple, mango, grapefruit and pine needles. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, pine needles, white bread and a balanced citric/tropcial bitterness. Rich and tasty, with a generous Simcoe character. Very nice.
