A deep dark brown dunkel with a thin moka head. A pleasant sweet brown sugar aroma with light treacle and fruity esters. In mouth, a sweet fruity dunkel with light molasses, some chocolate notes, a bit lighter than expected but very decent. On tap at brewpub Oct. 3 2009.

A very dark brown ale with a thin dark moka head. In aroma, a nice caramelly malt with fruity notes. In mouth, burned caramel, light hops nd light acidic points. On tap at KBC, Sept. 29, 2007. It was renamed Arrogant Ale, in honour of the Arrogant Worms, who were in town during that period.

A golden bubbly cider with a thin white head. A slightly funky apple and gueuze aroma. Clear and bubbly, this lambic cider is quite interesting, with sour apples and Brett notes, melding well with sweetness. A bit overcarbonated. Medium bodied. On tap at KBC, Sep. 30, 2006.

Dark brown ale with a moka head, quickly dissapeared. Chili and vinager aroma. Nutty malt with faint overtones of chili, more on the sweet side. Lighter bodied porter. This is the first chili porter I have ever seen. I think they make it for the Kingston Chili Fest (oct. 2, 2004). Not bad.
