full white head on a translucent golden body. The nose features slightly rindy citrus notes, caramel malt and pine. A healthy citrus and pine hop bite leads the taste profile. Slick caramel malt with apricot underpin the hops. Sweet bread balances the hop lead. Astringent but enjoyable. A little heat from the ABV.

A big, sour, musty fruit nose. Taste has classic sour and tart fruit profile with the density, richness and staying power of an imperial. Booze is well hidden.

This is just \"thin\" on a lot of fronts. A soft nose of some malt and citrus. The taste is faint with some very green citrus hops, pepper and vegetables. The body is thin as well and there is little staying power to what is there. Sorry.

There’s just not much worth mentioning going on here. Very flat taste profile with nothing very fresh in it. Really tastes like a weak pilsner. Sorry

A tasty saison, erring on the side of clean, summery and refreshing. Top to bottom, this is a beer summer needs. The body is a light honey gold with a big fluffy white head with solid lacing. The nose is soft but pleasant, with light malt, some apple and a touch of Belgian yeast. The taste is easy drinking at its very best, with green apple, soft yeast, citrus and spices, including lavender and cloves. The effervescence is moderate to heavy, but not overdone. The body is moderate to light. Both of these characteristics help deliver a clean refreshing finish

Shades of Phillip’s Hop Circle! A nice combination of piney, citrus, grassy and astringent grapefruit tastes in the hop profile (the grapefruit is closer to the rind than the centre!). This is a challenging, slightly astringent IPA, but very well done. Some tasty sweet malts eventually fight their way through the dominant punchy hops.

Rich reddy-brown colour with an unfiltered look.Fluffy light tan head with good lacing. The nose is significant with elements of leather, prunes and lots of different spices. This is a well crafted seasonal ale. Complexity and balance are what it is all about. Nutmeg, cinnamon, ripe berries, vanilla and sweet caramel malts work well with the alcohol warmth. Nice semi-thick consistency and medium carbonation add to the xmas ale feel of this very well made ale.

A rick black body with a thick, dark, well laced tan head. Aroma is understated with milk chocolate, some coffee and vegetables. The taste features chocolate, heavily roast or slightly burnt toffee, roasted malt, earthy hops, fresh ground coffee and some dark fruit. Certainly not overly sweet. The mouth feel is slightly slick, the body dense and rich and the finish is a touch bitter with a slight ashiness.

Nice thick tan head. Nose is soft bourbon with mild chocolate and a hint of vanilla. Taste features a nice range of elements -- sweet chocolate, soft bourbon, rich dark fruit, vanilla, molasses, some coffee and a solid touch of woody oak and coconut. These are supplemented by a dense creaminess, significant malt and is punched up by a solid effervescence. Improving with age as well.

Hazy from the lime juice concentrate with a white cap, decent stay and foamy lacing streaks. Lighter golden-yellow colour. Freshly squeezed lime juice aromas with its sourness and a tad corn in the background. The lime juice continues into the flavours, but a little milder with the sour notes, and a touch of tart left. Quite a nice, refreshing light lager with real limes.
