Lightly hazed-unfiltered, bright yellow colour with a big creamyish white head, good retention and full lacing. Lemon aromas with blended herbal notes and beautiful Belgian yeast. This continues into the flavours. Tiny particles like spices floating around and very nice carbonation. Quite a nice stronger beer, that blends beautiful herbal notes, mild lemon zest-sourness and Belgian yeast spiciness.

A deep dark porter with a thin dark brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coffee, light vanilla, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with loads of coffee grind, herbal, alcohol warmth, light vanilla, very nice. On tap at Montréal location.

A hazed murky dark reddish amber barleywine with a very thin off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light vinous character, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with fruity esters, dark fruits, light woody notes, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Montréal location.

A hazed milky yellow ipa with a thick frothy lacing creamy white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, classic. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice and smooth. On tap at Montréal location.
