Bottle shared by Fajry in a train. Many thanks! Clear brown colour. Lightly smoked but also lightly sourish. Light caramel as well. Not bad, enjoyable in its own way even though it is a bit bland.

Bottle kindly shared by fajry, many thanks. Chestnut brown color with medium off- hits head. Smoked aroma with roasted malt. Smoked taste with candies, roasted malt. Not bad.

Draft sample @ Fiera della Birra, Cesena ’14. Ambrée, col fin blanc-cassé. Arôme est fumé assez intense sans être trop dominant, petite pointe de caramel et pâle en rétro, peu en terme houblonné, solide. Palais est bien malté avec un fumé qui n’est pas en reste sans être non plus trop en évidence. Garde ce côté typique de bbq, cara-grillé avec ample place pour le fumé qui ici est juste comme il faut. Le corps est aussi en harmonie avec une effervescence modérée qui donne plein pouvoir au malt fumé pour sa développer sans mettre trop en avant le houblon.

Draft sample @ Fiera della Birra, Cesena ’14. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme est fleuri noble restant dominant sans pour cela amener la bière au top de ses capacités. Palais au profil houblonné noble, Hallert et Hersbrucker?, amertume moyenne. Pas spécialement pu noter le profil type d’une Keller, pas de trouble, pointe de malt pils et peu en terme d’influence de la levure.

Draught: Poured a hazy yellow with a thick white head. Aroma is hops and yeast. Taste is a citrus fruit and hops, very raw and refreshing. This is a nonfiltered pils that gets you back to the way these beers should taste.

Very good, light-beige head, fluffy, over red-brown ale. Nutty, smoked hazelnuts and lots of diacetyl, spices and slightly smoked ham. Smoked flavour, sweet, rather plain butter than diacetyl flavourwise. Very smooth & slick, but palate gives a deeper complexity. Beer to disagree on. Thanks to Lorenzo and the Italian gang!

White gone in secs over very pale yellow beer with greenish shine. Citric, vanilla, fresh garden herbs. Dull grainy but with a little lemony-herbal tinge. Light to medium bodied; sticky, very dry finish. Not bad, not great neither. Thanks to Lorenzo and the Italian gang!

Draught at Salone Della Birra Artigianale e di Qualità 2007, Milan
Hazy dark amber color; creamy head. Delicate smokey aroma. Very similar to their Vienna, the smoked malt gives a very nice delicate touch, also good because of some sweetness. The hop is hidden but quite good.
