Sampled from 0.33 l bottle at RBBSG 2016 in Evergem. Clear, golden yellow with a fluffy, white head. Sweetish-fruity, slightly herbal-spicy aroma of lemongrass, honey and some ginger. Slightly bitter, grassy-fruity and a bit herbal-spicy taste of lemongrass, ginger, pineapple and honey, followed by a medium long, slightly bitter, quite herbal-grassy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle at RBBSG 2016 in Evergem. Hazy, orangeish yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Fruity-grassy aroma of lemon, mango and pineapple. Quite bitter, grassy-fruity taste of lemon, mango, orange and pineapple, followed by a medium long, quite bitter, very dry finish. Thin to medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Good!

0.33 l bottle at ’Uncle Babe’s Burger Bar’. Pitch black with a medium large, fluffy, rather quickly diminishing, light brown head. Sweetish-malty, moderately roasty aroma of dark chocolate, coffee, some hazelnut and licorice. Sweetish-malty, quite roasty taste of dark chocolate, coffee, licorice, a bit of hazelnut and hints of oak, followed by a medium long, rather roasty-bitter, minimally oaky and slightly peppery finish. Medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Nice one, a bit too much carbonation though. The subtle tones of pepper give it a nice twist!

F: average, off-white, average retention. C: gold, hazy, opaque. A: citrus, tangerine, grapefruit, pineapple, juicy. T: malt, tangerine, grapefruits, hint of barnyard, herbal, good fresh hoppy bitterness, medium light body, good carbonation, wou absolutely lovely beer for this 2,9%, very refreshing and worth to try, I must to have the others from this brewery, 33cl bottle shared at RBBSG V (2016), many thanks.
