7-4-7-3-14 Bottle, vintage 2012, lotto ppap06-0213, eight years after brewing. Pours black, with an enormous creamy mocha head. Aroma is tart fruity notes, with iced coffee, currants, dark berries and leather, as well as tannins and wooden notes. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is sour notes of iced coffee, leather, dark fruits and currants, as well as tannins and wooden notes.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Lior D's place. Thanks zvikar. Cloudy amber. Vinegar, funk, acetone, cobwebs, oak, fruitiness, sour and somewhat acidic with a sweetish note. Very good.

Keg at Moor Vaults, Enid Street, 11/03/20. Murky orange topped with an off white cap that soon thins to spotting. Nose is tarte fruit esters, funk, green apple, dry rot, pissy twang, phenols. Taste comprises funk, apple, citric tinged straw, more phenols, grass, barnyard twang, light herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a noteable acidic bite. So so affair ... a bit raw and lacking balance and also depth ABV considered.

Ripsrød. Litt bobleskum som forsvinner raskt. Uklar. Aroma av syrlige bær. Smaken veldig syrlig. Stikkelsbær. Ekstremt tørr avslutning.
