Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of humlelala. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Some lightly dusty grassy hops in the nose. Medium body, excessive carbonation, a dry maltiness and a very decent hop bite. Clean and well made - although a bit too much carbonation. 131112

33cl Bottle brought from Syros, Greece. I’d classify this as an amber ale btw. Clear amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of sweet caramel malts and nice citrussy and fruity hops, a little zesty. Flavour is medium sweet, malty, caramel, a little toasted malts, good citrussy hoppy finish with some floral notes. Light bodied. Septem makes really nice beers.

330ml bottle at the House of Beer, Rethymno, Crete. Clear, golden body. Film type layer at the surface. Smooth floral fruity to the nose, as well as a touch of herbal hops. Fruity hops in flavour, lightly spiced. A modest impact of honey sweetness can be detected. Subdued bittersweet endnotes. Clean in the mouth. Well bodied. Nice and very smooth (14.08.2012).
