330ml bottle, from trade with Mr Monster Magnet - many thanks! Pours murky yellow with thin white head. Aroma is is light funk. Taste is soft funk, soap, citrus with a very light white wine influence. Low carbonation and a very dry finish. Ok, but lacks a bit of oomph.

Bottle @ Home. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, smoke, meat, light fruit. Flavor is malt, light sour, smoked meat, fat, light fruit. Thin to medium body, average carbonation. 221115

33 cl bottle @ home. Clear golden color. White head, quickly receding to a thin layer. Sour aroma, mellowing a bit later, light brett-funk. Retronasal it’s mild sour some wood, tannines, a bit vinous (white), light brett. Flavor is soft sour, mild, with light sweetness, some brett. Light bodied. Dry finish. Fortunately not too much brett...

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting, my house. Nice head with good duration. Color is pale yellow and slightly hazy. Aroma and taste are salt, smoke, malt and hops.
