33 cl bottle @ home, bottled 30 Jul. 2015. Pale yellow color, gazy. White, soapy head with short retention. Aroma’s: sour, sour fruit (but not citrus) with a light salty edge and seaweed retronasal. Flavor is moderate sour with a hint of salt. Light bodied. Finishes grainish, bready.

Bottle split at the ABC Beers pre Borefts tasting, 24/09/15. Hazed orange yellow with a moderate off White covering. Nose is funky, light spice, pissoi, citric peel, tarte lemon. Taste comprises lemon rind, balsa wood, light sea salt, funk, damp flannel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering discharge. Decent enough Gose.

[9/24/15] Bottle sample at the pre-Borefts tasting at ABC Beers in Den Haag. Thanks everyone who shared bottles! Hazy pale yellow. Great funky aroma, sourish, with strong fruitiness. Sourish flavor, funky, fruity. Quite light-bodied. Very nice.

Clear amber brown colour, white head. Aroma of cherry, caramel, chestnut, wood. Sour flavour, chestnut wood, tart lemon rind, sour fruits, oak leaf. Sour finish, caramel. Nice!
