Clear pale yellow straw colour, no real head. Smoky aroma, peat, peated whisky (quite recognisable Ardbeg, but -honestly- this could well be because I read on the label it was aged on an Ardbeg barrel. The mind is a powerful thing). Smoky flavour, refreshing sour, lactic acid, peat, hint of salt. Salty finish, peat, smoke.

Bottle shared by skortila, large sample. Almost clear yellow to golden color, medium frothy head. Aroma of ginger, slight spicy, bit orange peel and citrus. Soft spicy in taste, ginger, bit peppery spice. Easy drinker, lots of flavor. Would like to see more of these very low ABV saisons.
