Description
Centuries of brewing tradition, the best ingredients and strict compliance with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516 are quality that you can taste with every sip! The Rittmayer Brewery is one of the oldest breweries in Forchheimer Land. The family business dates back to 1422. The brewery even received its own coat of arms certificate from the Count of Kulmbach because of its good beer.
In spring 2012, our new brewery on the outskirts of Hallerndorf went into operation right next to our filling center. It is one of the most innovative medium-sized breweries in all of Germany.

An unclear orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty combined with notes of banana, while the flavor is plainly sweet wheaty.

Test vom 29.12.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,5,11,3,8,5 - 6,15

Rerate from tap at Hopdogs birthday. Crunchy pilsnerish,
Grassy, dry, moreish.
Bottle
Light green-golden, low visible carbonation, big whipped cream head. Quite aromatic hop and subtly buttery yeast aroma. Blast of herbal and grassy bittering hops on top of a layer of slightly fruity straw malt. Carried away by dry grassy bitterness again far into the aftertaste. Sparkly fresh mouthfeel.

Swing-top bottle: Golden colour, medium-sized fluffy head; fruity, grainy nose, some traces of caramel; sweet malty beginning; distinctive malty flavour turning over to a dryer bitter-malty ending; same traces of citrus; quite well rounded

Clear orange color, medium head. Aroma is hoppy, caramel malty, with a hint of smoke maybe. Bitter and malty taste, nicely balanced. Full taste and palate.

The aroma is slightly smoked, sweet and sour with some notes of beef jerkey. The color is a hazy amber and it has a fine but disappearing head. The flavor is fantastic of smoke, malt, beef jerkey, and hops with a dry woody end. A really good beer.

Bottled. Golden coloured, slightly hazy with rich head. Vague yeasty aroma. Medium dry and very grassy with looong bitter licorice finish. Genuine.
