Draught Huge, very lacey and dense off-white head, leaving textbook rings over fully hazy yellow-orange beer. Nice aromas of citrus, lemonbalm, almost bodyhop perfumey, fresh & inviting. Sweet, bit sticky, other grains' flavour. Dried herbs potpourri from the alternative bodyshop. Rather well-bodied, and seen the flavours, I'd almost say soapy. Beautiful nose, unfortunately the main flavour veers off to the (over)perfumed.

Draught Huge white lacey head over hazy yellow beer with a green sheen. 'Beery' nose, malts, old beerglasses, bit herbs & spicy. Sweetish with herbal and spicy overtones. Lots of maltsugars, making up the backbone. Maybe medium bodied, well-carbonated. Rather run-of-the-mill, if nowhere bad nor faulty.

Draught Medium, stable and dense white head: hazy yellow beer. Sour nose, lemony, citrus and rhubarb. Faint wild herbs. Sourish, again herbs, bit other grains (?). Again rhubarb, but the medlars were not ripe enough, I guess (or too Japanese). Lipsmacking acidity, bit slick. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Very nice indeed, but I would have preferred a more outspoken flavour of the medlars.

Bottle from Beerdome. Floral and yeasty with herbal notes, light malt, grassy/herbal hop. Dry and fairly bitter, solid herbal/bitter Saison.

Bottle from Beerdome. Huge blast of smoke with peat, malt, touch of caramel. Moderate bitter and light sweetish. Big smoke, could use a bit more balance and roundness.

330ml bottle from Bieres e Chopes in Nantes. Pours a light brown with a white foamy head. Aromas & tastes of caramel, berries, candy sugar, hints of spices & malt. Medium body. Moderate bitter finish. Enjoyable

A hazed golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett, grapeskins, light cork, light buttery notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with grapeskins, light cork, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice.

Bottle from Beerdome. Hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, grapes and tart. Flavor is sweet and acidic.
