Apple, vinous, vaguely vinegary cider-like sour. Woody, funky. No rating because the bottle arrived in the box slightly leaking. Pours flat. Certainly not in top condition. Regardless, tastes a lot better than the other MAGAland (🇺🇸)

Sample just over BBd Head gone in seconds; clear pale golden beer. Lightly sourish with the typical Brettanomyces digit. Orangepeel - bit moldy - other citrus and very faraway paint. Lactic acid, lemon, wild yeasts - here the Lactobacillus winning it from the Bretts. There is some mild acidburn, in a nice, galvanic way. Very light, and after the pouring, not much carbonation left. Nice, bit surprising beer, refreshing. Txs to Stef!

0,75l bottle shared at home. Deep red hazy color, small white head. smells berry, oak, tannins, spices, light vanilla, red wine. Very nice smell. full body light carbonation. tastes berry, spices, flowery, light oak, vanilla, red wine. finishes lightly sour and sweet with notes of berries, spices and red wine. Lovely

0,75l bottle at tasting at home. Bottled 05/25. Yellow lightly hazy color, small white head. Smells oak, citric, hay, spices, floral. Nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. Tastes peppery, earthy, spices, herbal, oak, tobacco, light floral notes. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of oak, pepper and tobacco, wine barrel notes. Nice one, good balance, something a bit weird about it, I think possibly from the wine barrel, overall I like it
