Tap at Winter Affair 2025. Hazy yellow body, off-whtie head. Citric aroma - orange jelly and light herbal notes. Citric jelly in the taste too, tropical notes, smooth, soft body, ending with a herbal bitter touch. Pretty lovely!

5%, at Winter Affair 2025. Lightly hazy golden body, lasting off-white head. Heavily smoky aroma, with a bit of goat cheese (!). Lean, dry taste, citric smoked goat cheese basically. Very fun!

Huh, I guess bottled, at Winter Affair 2025. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Plummy ntoes, light grape, dry, bit bretty. Lean, dry, tart taste, plum more than wine/grape notes, bretty-herbal touches. Good stuff!

Bottle. Herbal aroma with rosemary, clove, citrus. Pretty herbal. Moderate sour and tart. Body is medium. Herbal, but interesting. Pretty enjoyable.

From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Puckering sour but bitter as well. Bit herbal with myrtle, lemon. Strong flavour, bitter and sour. Not too spicy.

(Draught at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 19 Oct 2024) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of elderflower, citrus and white bread. Fruity, tart taste with elderflower, green grapes, citrus, white bread and herbs. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh, fruity and floral. Very nice.
Cloudy, Amber color and a white head. Tart nose, citric, black currant nose. Taste Is sour, drIng, black currant and DARK cherries,. Woody and astringend. Nice.
