From tap at Constellation , Budapest, 02.05.26. Translucent pale straw colour. White head is diminishing to nothing. Superbly complex aroma and taste of sour wild apples, apple peel and sawdust. Astringent aftertaste, with a touch of bitterness.

From bottle at Constellation, Budapest, 02.05.26. Cloudy dark straw colour. Head is diminishing to nothing. Strong aroma and acid taste of wild yeast. Only a small hint of black currants, and only in aroma. It is overpowered by the wild fermentation. Still good and complex. Astringent and acid mouthfeel.

I've now had 60 Kemkers, and I've never had one explode. Still, I had the foresight to open this one in the sink and I'm glad I did because I lost half the bottle! Very good though. A bit of citrus, somewhat floral, vaguely spicy. Slightly funky.
