Bottled. Hazy pale golden, small head. Sour mirabelle aroma. Tart with light to medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Funky with peach, mirabelles, grass and lactic acid. Mid bitter finish. Elegant and complex.

Bottle shared. Crystal clear yellow golden, small head. Green apple, sweet malts, spicy grapes, light zesty, butter, pear, lemon zest. Medium sweet and sour. Full bodied. Nice.

From tap at Constellation, Budapest, 21.09.25. Translucent pale straw colour. Some white head. Excellently complex aroma and taste of wild apples, spontaneous fermentation, apple peel, acidity and sour redcurrants. Good!

Aus der Flasche (bbe 15.02.2031) im 2025-07 getrunken. Diese orange-goldene Ale zeigt erst eine Trauben-Frucht durch den Rotweinfass Ausbau. Die Pfirsich-Aromen verstecken sich etwas wenn das Ale noch kalt ist. Mit steigender Temperatur kommen die Pfirsich-Aromen immer mehr hervor. Die Säure ist eher schwach und rundet das Ale sehr gut ab.

,75cl bottle shared with Silke, Bernhard and Nicole at Wir Komplizin. Gold with a foamy, white head. Intense aroma is an interesting blend of Riesling, Apfelwein, barrel and yeast. Taste is tart, borderline sour with a faint dough-like sweetness and an oak bitterness that pervades the finish. Light bodied, delicate, moderate carbonation. Very nice.
