Bottled. Hazy pale golden, small head. Sour mirabelle aroma. Tart with light to medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Funky with peach, mirabelles, grass and lactic acid. Mid bitter finish. Elegant and complex.

Bottle shared. Crystal clear yellow golden, small head. Green apple, sweet malts, spicy grapes, light zesty, butter, pear, lemon zest. Medium sweet and sour. Full bodied. Nice.

From tap at Constellation, Budapest, 21.09.25. Translucent pale straw colour. Some white head. Excellently complex aroma and taste of wild apples, spontaneous fermentation, apple peel, acidity and sour redcurrants. Good!
