TCBW2025. Hazy amber colour, small head. Aroma is toasted, some tartness, mild smoky tones with some wooden tones too. Flavour is toasted malts, some tartness, smoked wet wooden tones with mild acidity too.

Very rustic, yeasty, peaches, hay and modestly bitter and slightly tart. Slightly warming. I loved this and very old world feel to this. I could drink this by the liter. Much different than new world farmhouse ale

0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 12/2022. yellow murky color, small white head. smells oak, vanilla, bit fruity, some coconut. nice smell to very nice. full body, soft carbonation. tastes citric, oak, hay, stone fruits, coconut. finishes very balanced with only hints of sourness with notes of coconut, stone fruits and some citrus. very nice one, great balance, not much plums left, just overall stone fruit flavors. tad heavy for a sour, but very good none the less.

Bottle shared. Light hazy pale yellow. Indeed massive quince, soft apple, oak, light funk, vanilla, lemon, unripe banana. Light sweet and sour. Solid medium bodied, medium dry. Very nice, a ton of quince but balanced and complex.

Tap at Kraftpaule. Golden, slightly murky. Sour fruity nose. Front heavy, with a sticky dry sweet aftertaste. Not undrinkable, but could be more light.

Almost clear golden color and a white head. Acidic böse, Woody, orange zest. Taste Is tart, fruity-bitter, apples, orange zest, Woody, dryish. Fits Well with Sushi.
