This is the second global check-in since 2023... Wow! This beer is a real gem. Loads of blackberry and it ends up very vinous, almost like a blackberry wine. Woody, clean, fruit galore. Tip-top.

Bottle. Herbal aroma with rosemary, clove, citrus. Pretty herbal. Moderate sour and tart. Body is medium. Herbal, but interesting. Pretty enjoyable.

From tap at In De Wildeman, Amsterdam. Puckering sour but bitter as well. Bit herbal with myrtle, lemon. Strong flavour, bitter and sour. Not too spicy.

From bottle at Carnivale Brettanomyces 2024. Mild sour and tart, notes of lemon and rhubarb. Body is medium. Refreshing light puckering sourness.

(Draught at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 19 Oct 2024) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of elderflower, citrus and white bread. Fruity, tart taste with elderflower, green grapes, citrus, white bread and herbs. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Fresh, fruity and floral. Very nice.

Cloudy, Amber color and a white head. Tart nose, citric, black currant nose. Taste Is sour, drIng, black currant and DARK cherries,. Woody and astringend. Nice.
