Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear rich golden - amber with a lasting fluffy white head. The aroma is fragrant, floral, herbal, damp coriander, warming clove spice, green banana, cracker, damp hay and cereal. The taste is crisp, dry, herbal, green, spicy, fragrant, floral, pot pourri, grain, cereal, straw, green banana and light chalkiness with a drying finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Pretty lacklustre in in opinion. Wouldn't rush back.

Can from Great Grog. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of coriander, juniper and orange zest. Flavour of wheat, orange and pineapple. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. This is excellent. A refreshing, well balanced witbier. I’ll be buying more of these.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - bright and opaque orange. Thin white head. Nose - banana ester, candied lemon with a subtle salt and white pepper note. Taste - orange, sweet spice, herbs and the salty buckthorn is much more present this time. Palate - light bodied, creamy middle, dry and salty finish. Overall - good stuff!

Can picked up at Westhill Service Station. It pours clear purple with a foamy off-white head. The aroma is soft, juicy, tangy, raspberry, blackcurrant, some yoghurt and bircher museli. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, tart, puckering, berry skin, raspberry, blackcurrant, blackberry, apple, quite savoury, lactic and bircher museli with a drying finish. Light body and fine, foamy carbonation. Easy going and rather drinkable.

On keg at 6DN Edinburgh. Appearance - golden yellow and hazy. Thin lacing. Nose - tangy, lactic and tart fruits. Probably citrus. Taste - more tangy citrus, creamy dried fruit. Palate - light bodied, tangy through middle and finish. Overall - berliner weisse style pretty well nailed.
