Description
Natural Selection brewing is a collaboration between the International Center for Brewing and Distilling at Heriot-Watt University and Stewart Brewing. It gives an opportunity to postgraduate MSc Brewing and Distilling students to design, market, sell and launch a new beer.

Can from Appellation Wines Comely Bank. Appearance - golden with a decent head and a slight haze. Nose - grassy, sweetcorn. Citrus and spice. Taste - more citrus, grassy herbs, light pils spicy hops. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - lovely summer beer!

Bottle 330ml. @ [ chriso & Boudicca's pre- GBBF Shindig 2017 ] - Chris and Ruth's House, London. [ As Natural Selection Common Ancestor ].Clear medium to light brown amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, roasted - toasted, caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, caramel, toasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170805] 5-3-6-3-11

Old Bottle shared with Erzengel! A almost clear dark amber beer with a mid-sized most good lasting beige head. Aroma of raspberries, strong red fruits, soft tart fruits. Taste of riped raspberries, tart berries, grapes, high carbonation.

Old bottle from my cellar. Dry red malty beginning. High in carbonation, refreshing with a deep malty and moderate bitter aftertaste. Sessionable.
