Aromas are malt, grass, crackers and dry grain. Flavors are similar to nose. Mild malt sweet with enough bitter and carbonation to balance. Good body and finish follows flavors. Good helles.

It is a classical beer, on the Bavarian way, a bit watery, pleasant touch of wheat, plum, few hop, brown yeast, refreshing, 20.05.17, in my hotel room, Paris.

bottiglia 50 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianco sporco pannosa persistente, colore giallo pallido torbido, al naso è intesa banana chiodi di garofano lievito agrumi, in bocca banana chiodi di garofano lievito malto note citriche di arancio, corpo rotondo, carbonazione forte, dolce e acidula, amaro leggero. Bottle. Gold with a dense inch of white head. Aroma is on the doughy end of bready with a touch of caramel, vanilla and spices. Sweet and rich malt with spicy bitterness that struggles a bit to tidy up. Offers quality if not excitement.

11.2 oz. bottle. Happy German beer day! Pours a cloudy gold color with a white head and good retention. Very good lacing. Yeasty aroma, as expected. The taste follows the nose: Yeasty flavor throughout with some light fruity esters in the finish. Better than most Hefeweizens. Medium body. Medium-light carbonation. Low bitterness.

16oz can. Great mouthfeel, bright. Highly carbed. Great look. The flavor is rather neutral and clean. Not a big hop balance. Straight down the middle classic lager. Well made, great attenuation.
