Brewed in Silchester and drawing inspiration from new world hops, Germany’s malts and beer styles from across the globe, we vow to make your drinking experience as enjoyable as our brewing.

The Brewery was taken over in early 2022. The new owner then bought Boss Brewing Company in Swansea. Boss went into liquidation, but restarted, and in 2023 Wild Weather closed the Silchester site and relocated to join Boss in Swansea.

Cask, handpump at The Grapes, Oxford in company of Grace after works Christmas meal, Thursday 18th December 2014. Not sure what differentiates this from the standard Blizzard other than the Christmas Pudding Ale addition to the name and this being on Cask, perhaps this has a subtle addition of spice? This pours a dark amber colour with a little smattering of bubbles, almost oily consistency. Soft in mouth, but this is a hefty DIPA. Some citrus but more subdued on that front than the standard Blizzard. Quite thick in mouth, it goes down far too easy for its strength, very good. A6 A4 T8 P4 Ov14 3.6

Keg at The Grapes, Oxford, Saturday 13th December 2014. Decent wheat/IPA hybrid. Pours hazy gold/irange with sticky white head. A little scented, this scented floralness shows in mouth. A touch harsh at the back end, finishes dry. Citrus, clean a bit thinner than I would lije but Loz really likes this. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4
