Description
Brewed in Silchester and drawing inspiration from new world hops, Germany’s malts and beer styles from across the globe, we vow to make your drinking experience as enjoyable as our brewing.
The Brewery was taken over in early 2022. The new owner then bought Boss Brewing Company in Swansea. Boss went into liquidation, but restarted, and in 2023 Wild Weather closed the Silchester site and relocated to join Boss in Swansea.

Draught (Hole in the Wall, Southsea) - Copper red in colour. Raisins and berries feature prominently in both the aroma and the taste.

Can at and thanks to James, 01/07/17. Light red with a faded crimson top. Nose is tnagy raspberries, straw, grains. Taste comprises water melon, sharp citrics, tangy red berry rasp, raspberry pips, damp wood. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Ok refresher but lacks any complexity.

Can at and thanks to James, 01/07/17. Hazed golden orange with a decent light beige covering. Nose is citric pith, mango, papaya, pine needdle, sweet tunes. Taste comprises caramel malts, apricot jam, pine, grapefruit, light bread. Medium bodied, with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a juicy hop rinse. Decent enough DIPA ... a touch old skool and sweet but not a bad drop and drinks below the hefty ABV.

Can at and thanks to James, 01/07/17. Crimson orange appearance with a decent off white head. Nose is big on blueberry, straw, grains, pomegranate. Taste comprises lightly soured berry fruits, tarte blueberries, balsa wood, light acidic tang, damp hay, Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Delivers a good blueberry profile which is well balanced and not to sweet but lacks the sour edge the style craves.

Chelmsford Beer Festival. KeyKeg. Hazy pinky - red beer, vibrant pink colour head. Palate is light and dry and behold we have good carbonation. Good strawberry and strawberry jam. Strawberry candy. Some tart strawberry and a little cherry bakewell. Light dry finish. Nice. A little dry but nicely fruity.
