Can. Pours deep, opaque golden with white head. Nose is slightly resinous, more fruity and foral hops, some honey notes. Taste is fruity hops up front, then some super slight booze and an interesting character appear, this latter I associate with the enzyme used in brut beers. Closes with moderately dry, longlastin fruity, somewhat bitter finish, has medium body and average carbo. Tasty, but doesn’t really seem like a lager.

Old rating - 330ml bottle, pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aromas & tastes of lemon, pineapple, grapefruit, orange, mango & salt. Moderate body. Dry finish

Bottle shared at the CBJ tasting, thanks to Tipple, 15/11/23. Deep amber with a good sized beige head. Nose is dark malts, toffee, spice, herb. Taste comprises caramel, dates, red berry fruits, herb, figs. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a lick of booze. Decent.

Good bit of citrus and a medium hop profile. A little bit of an unusual zest or spruce in this one.
