Can from Tavour. Pours clear gold with a slight white head. Aroma of citrus and peach/apricot. Near med body. Crisp, clean, dry, bitter. It has citrus and peach with some spice prickles. Excellent flavor.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Canned on 10/03/23. Batch number 177. Hazy orange gold color. Pillowy white head. Aroma of funky citrus, oak, lemon peel. Flavor is pleasingly sweet, with tangy citrus, earthy malt, and barnyard funk. Mild vinegar, strong lemon, dryish wood, sour apple. Excellent approachability. Simplistic, yet complex. Well done.

Can from Tavour. Pours translucent amber with a large creamy beige head that persisted. Aroma of floral hops with a touch of light caramel support. Med body. Flavor is pretty much the aroma. Very good flavor. Oh to be Over the Pond once more.

375ml-ish, no indication on the label. Bottled: 01/13/23, batch 157 from Greenville BXC. Clear Solo cup at home after a trip to Burial for some hearty impy stouts. Incredibly difficult cage & cork that's twisted like 20 times. Rich, golden, hazy brew with a lingering scummy lace. Very obvious fruity funk on the cork. Dry, bretty, peppery, mildly cheesy, sweet n sour vinegar nose. It's the highlight of the experience. Cheddar cheesy vinegar upfront, serious burnt rubber, obvious sour & strong stone fruit... lingering, jammy ginger, very sweet & sour, slight spice with a hint of unwanted off-flavor smoke. Off-dry, leaning dry. Too floral, some rice starch, bit boozy for what it is. Kinda mid for a very hyped brewery.

Lovely hybrid style, a schwarzbier with a barleywine’s malt profile, big and hearty and layered. Cocoa and caramel meet lager esters, then mix with barrel booziness coupled with slight hints of vinous acidity and citrus. One of Barrique’s finest.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear dark brown (but nearly opaque) with a large tan head that almost did a Guinness. Aroma is very chocolate. Near med body. Flavor is smooth dark roasty malt/bread with chocolate. Dusty. Fairly towards dry. More bitter than not. Nice drink.

Can from Tavour. Pours medium-dark amber - almost mahogany - with a smallish tan head. Aroma is bready with very light hop. Med body or even a bit more. It's roasty/bready/malty. Not dry, but not overly sweet. Not very bitter. So little hop I can't decide what it is. But the malt flavor is very good.

Canned 3/27/24, drunk 10/14/24. Batch 189. Good clarity, pinkish-tinged brass. Yellowish-tinged head immediately fizzles away. Other than the bit of acetic that seems to be present in their sours, this smells glorious. Fresh, juicy, rich, authentic watermelon for days. Some decent Brett character in there, as well. Juicy, fruity, tart. Juicy watermelon, hint of lactic and moderate acetic character with a malty texture and good attenuation. Just wish there wasn't any acetic in their beers, though it's not egregious or anything. The watermelon is about as good as it gets for fruit, though, far making up for the acetic character here. The rich maltiness also helps balance the sharper acidity.
