Sample @ BXL BeerFest 2018, shared with Belgian RB crew, thanks. Paille clair, pas d ecol. Arôme bien rendu de pommes fermentées avec des effluves fines en notes boisées qui arrivent juste en rétro-nasal, le tout ponctué par un léger effet fleuri. Palais de pomme, brut et acerbe, grinçant aux dents, fleuri avec un léger rappel d'apple cobbler - caramélisée qui tranche avec le profile plus acerbe et vert du fruits, note aussi une pointe d'amertume.

Aroma of sparkling wine, sourish apples, earth, some honey.
Tastes of sweet-sour apples, apple rind, white wine, honey.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes a bit warm, elegant, sweet-sour, with green apples, apple rind, subtle honey.
Tasty. Really interesting and different to a regular Cider, drinks elegant, a bit like sparkling wine. Especially the taste is pretty complex, with lovely apple notes. Beautiful.
