Tap at St Bernardus. Light yellow colour, big white fluffy head. Aroma is lemony, slightly herbal. Taste is refreshing, lemon, herbs, grainy. Pretty good for a hot day, but not so special.

Flaska från Etre Gourmete drucken med ölföreningen. Smak och doft av humle, malt, jäst, säd och citrusskal. Mycket lätt, något stram och krispig, fin fruktighet och beska. Gott!

33cl bottle: BB Mar 2020. Poured into a Chimay chalice at home on 16th Aug 2019. Clear golden body, lasting white head. Light orange like aroma and taste with yeasty twist in both also. More like a Blonde than a Saison really, easy and pleasant on the palate.

A light yellow beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma is great, tropical fruitness, mandarin, also complexicuty to fruitness from yeast. Taste has fruitness, mandarin, spicyness. Light+ bodied, but it's not bothering. Great beer even with that low alc.% but also otherwise.

Organic version of Belgoo's Saisonneke ('little saison'), steinie bottle from a Bioplanet supermarket in Ghent. Very thick, bath foam-like, snow white, stable head towering over an initially cristal clear 'metallic' pale golden beer, turning misty and more ochre-straw-hued with sediment. Aroma of freshly cut green apples, halfripe banana, straw bales, old potatoes, pear peel, sourdough, parsnip mash, chalk. Crisp onset, fruity with light banana note (but no bubblegum effect), green pear and old green apples, fizzy carbonation fit for the style and adding body as well as a sourish carbon dioxide effect, soft bready maltiness, tad soapy on the edges; lingering apple and green banana fruitiness over a grassy, floral and earthy hop bitter ending, with sourish and mildly spicy yeast effects here and there, blending with a minerally, chalky touch. Dryish and very quenching finish. Enjoyable light Belgian blonde, quenching and sufficiently hoppy, pleasant enough on a summer day and not too different from the regular version, though I'd have to revisit that one to be sure...
