330ml bottle. Quasi black colour with slightly late awakening, average to huge, thick, firm, frothy, fairly lasting and lacing, beige to tan head. Yeasty spicy, slightly herbal aroma, notes of mustard, mustard seed, tarragon, Wiener sausage casing, cautious, more familiar hints of salted liquorice with bready, pumpernickel-like, dark malty background. Taste is equally encompassing both superficial sides of the divide between mustard, tarragon, Wiener and pumpernickel, salt and liquorice respectively; subtle bready, pumpernickel sweetness with a touch of treacle. Deserves familiarization for a while, sustainable payback in return.

Pretty cloudy blond beer, big creamy white irregular head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, qutie some yeast, shellfish. MF: lively carbon, medium to full body. Taste: hoppy start, some citrus, bitter, bit fruity. Aftertaste: very bitter, grassy, dry, herbal character, very dry. Decent bitterness.

Bottle shared. Cloudy brown with a medium cream head. Aroma of malt, herbs, vegetal, chocolate, caramel and overripe dark fruits. Flavour is above moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 03.2017. Dorée, col fin blanc. Arôme offre un léger bouquet fruité citronné avec un accompagnement fin de levure belge. Sorte de feuille fermentée, rétro poivré et note de pamplemousse. Cependant, le houblonné reste un peu chétif. Palais est malté, râpeux, légèrement fruité avec un agréable houblonné fruité, fleuri et tropical du houblonnage à cru. Retrouve le côté sec de malt pils.
