Medium, if dense & stable, ever so slightly yellowish head over (cold)hazed dull ochre beer. Bit milky nose, milk-ripe grain at first, then aromatic C-hops fill the aroma; fresh green herbs, green banana, nectarine. Bitter-hoppy, straw; finish has some clear maltsugars. Hopoil very prominent, pushing towards astringency. Long bitterish-hoppy aftertaste. Again green herbs and freshly picked grain. Medimu bodied, well-carbonated, titillating MF, and some creaminess from the head. Typical Mosaic beer. The sweet malt underneath balances out very well indeed. Thanks to Angie for bringing!

Bouteille 33cl, BB 2024.

MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: soft acidity, coffee notes, cascara, red berries, good roast, bitter. Aftertaste: more coffee, dry roast, dark burned caramel, bit sourish, very bitter finish.
