Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with lots of floating impurities and a neat and lacing white head. Lovely floral hop aroma. Medium body, malty and floral with a surprising bitterness for a Helles. Lovely. 240326

A clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of straw, grainy pale malt. Taste of dry grainy malt, straw, cereals, mild bitterness, easy to drink.

Thanks Alex for this bottle coming from Heinrich 3000, sharing it on the train back from Singen to Zurich, on monday. Not a bad weizen, a bit light and watery, refreshing, wheat, malt, mineral, yeasty, a bit fruity, discreet touch of hop, 01.03.23

Color anaranjado, turbia, cremosa espuma blanca de media retención. Aroma maltoso con notas de levadura, cereal y melocotón maduro. Sedosa en boca, buen cuerpo, fondo maltoso, notas de levadura, pan de espelta, amargor moderado, leve puntito especiado al final del trago. Está de puta madre.

Dunkler Bernstein im Glas. Schaumentwicklung OK. Pures Karamalz in der Nase. Geschmacklich dann aber gar nicht so süß, da bitter, trockene Noten ebenfalls stark mit reinspielen. Malz hat natürlich eine ganz große Rolle, man findet aber auch etwas Trockenobst und Spuren von Kaffee, Kakao, Holz und Leder. Trotz schön kräftiger 5,6 % Alk., bleibt das Bier erstaunlich süffig.

Sehr helle, trübe Farbe. Schaumentwicklung für ein Weizen eher dürftig. Etwas Most und Gewürznelken in der Nase. Geschmacklich haben wir viel Apfel und Hefe. Quitte, ein Hauch Zitronenschale und florale Noten spielen mit rein. Die dezenten Gewürznelken, die man gerochen hat, klingen auch noch mal an. Ein brauchbares helles Weißbier.
