330mml bottle as part of the Beery Christmas 2017. Tasted on the 23/12/2017 at home. Hazy amber colour with an off white head. Aroma of smoke and yeast. Taste is medium to intense smokey with some citrus and salty aftertaste. Slightly tarty finish. Next one please!

(Can) Pours cloudy amber with small white head. Lovely aroma of tropical fruit. Medium body with bright carbonation. Taste is nice balance of tangy tropical fruit, light biscuity malt and pleasant hoppy bitterness. Very drinkable.

Die australische Nomadenbrauerei hat ein Sour Ale mit Beeren zusammengebraut. Dabei trifft es den geplanten Geschmack gut und wirkt dennoch etwas verwirrt, wie ein orientierungsloser Straßenhund. Ein interessantes Bier, das aber nicht besonders fein schmeckt.

Pours gold with a small head.Nose shows lemon, herbal notes, lychee, faint biscuity malt.Flavours include more lemon notes, kiwi fruit, biscuity malt and a grainy, doughy note.

Dieses Bier habe ich mir als eigenes Weihnachtsgeschenk 2017 gekaut. Mit dem hohen Alkoholgehalt kann man auch die Verwandten besser ertragen. Der angenehme Geschmack ist da eigentlich nur eine äußerst angenehme Draufgabe. Es ist pechschwarz und der markante Geschmack nach dunkler Schokolade fällt sofort auf. Gemeinsam mit der Malzigkeit entsteht ein feiner Geschmack. Das Orangenaroma kommt erst hinten raus zu tragen und könnte stärker sein. Die Belgier bekommen solche Fruchtaromen besser hin. Nichtsdestotrotz ein ausgezeichnetes Bier, bei dem nur die CO2-Bilanz (wenn man es in Europa trinkt) etwas zu denken gibt.

Schooner on tap at Beer Deluxe, Sydney. Clear golden amber beer with thin white head. High carbonation. Laces well. Sweet nose, almost bubblegum sweet. Some grass too. Sharp spritzy mouthfeel. Finish is touches of grassy earthy herbs. Really nice, dangerously easy-drinking.

Bottle online from Beer Hawk. Pours hazy amber with an off white head. Aroma is light floral then smoky, smoked meats - not expected in a gose! Taste is light bitter, moderate smoky, with light salinity & lemon notes. Medium bodied, average carb. Dryish light bitter smoky finish. Enjoyed this. Not what I was expecting, will likely be a marmite beer for some

500ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy, diminishing, white head. Grassy, minimally grainy, minimally lactic and fruity aroma, hints of hay, sauerkraut in statu nascendi, a touch of mirabelle and nectarine. Taste is mildly tart, grainy malty basis with residual sweetness, a minimally tangy touch of lemon juice and sauerkraut, a fruity touch of mirabelle and nectarine, mandarine and lemongrass. Easy drinkable, rather sweet malty basis.

Bottle at home in Beer Hawk advent calendar. A good dark colour in the glass and a very "meaty" flavour to the beer. I have to say that the flavour and the texture did nothing for me and I didn't really enjoy this that much.

Bottle from Svaeur Biere. Light hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light hoppy - citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 111217
