Clear purple to dark brown beer, creamy beige irregular head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: caramel, bit sweet, some dried fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: roasted, slightly sour, bitter, some dried fruits, malty. Aftertaste: roasted, caramel, bit sweet. Decent schwarzbier!

Vielen Dank an koelschtrinker Klare blasse goldgelbe Farbe, sehr wenig weißer Schaum. Geruch nach muffiger Zitronenlimonade, wässrig. Geschmack ziemlich säuerlich fruchtig, Spülmittel, überhaupt nicht gut.

Leicht würziger Antrunk, wässrig herb. Spritzig, leider bleibt das Bier wässrig auch wenn die Würzigkeit steigt. Zum Ende hin vollmundig herb mit süßlichem Getreide. Schlechter Start, nettes Finish. 11/7/9/11/10/10

Tap at the Dresden HerbFest. Pours gold with a white head. Noble hop aroma with a little breadiness. Near med body. Flavor is noble herb/grass bitter. Finishing bitter, it’s a good pils.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ The pre Fastelavn Smagning - Carnival Tasting, Ulfborg ]. [ As Freiberger Freibergisch 1863 ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, toasted - caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, fruity, hay - straw. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140228]
