750ml bottle. Pour a clear gold, with a medium white head thta dissipates quickly, and then it looks exactly like a glass of white wine. Aroma is all dry white wine, with some soft sweetness and light bready malts. Flavour is very vinous, semi sweet and dry. Malty finish, stone fruit white wine, this is odd. A white wine, with some subtle sweetness and the malts from an imperial pils. Not sure this works.

Can from the brewery. Clear orange pour, with next to no head. Aroma is fake peach, and apricot juices. Mouth feel is watery, and thin. Finish cuts super short, peach is gone, cheap watery malts, zero hops, zero bitterness. Bad.

Hazy Copper pour, small off white head. Aroma is incredibly piney, crackers, biscuits and pale malts. Caramels, slight nuttiness, peanut brittle and green hop cones, quite the contrast. Good. Mouth feel, solid carb. Finish has a medium bitterness, lots of green earthy hop notes, pine, subtle fruit. Malts are solid throughout, very crackery, and soft. Interesting to say the least, but might be a little odd for people looking for a citrus bomb like most ipas these days.

Rosé version. Along the line he’s of a grape ale - a little drier than an ice wine, but similar character.

Niagara Pumpkin Pie Ale 4.8% 6 IBU Nice orange color with wispy beige foam. Served a touch too cold. Mild pumpkin spice aroma. Medium to light bodied and bone dry. It has cinnamon and allspice flavor. Decent.

Poured from 473mL can (thanks mom & Char). Opaque gold with full white head. Subdued peach character, a bit of cereal malt underlay. Uninteresting.

Poured from 473mL can (thanks mom & Char; pkg 12/Jul/2023). Hazy orangey brown with white head. Bready malt with some caramel and toasted notes, mild pine hops. A bit overly malty with a subdued, boring hop expression. Okay.
