Bottle from the lcbo. Pours a hazy dark brown, with reddish hues and a small beige head. Aroma is very woody, and earthy, with some dark cherries and light balsamic vinegar. Soft mouth feel, light mouth feel, light carb. Low bitterness, solid tartness, vinegar notes with solid barrel and dark fruit and some funk.

Hazy light brown pour with a large off white head. Aroma is loaded with stone fruit and mango, with hints of lychee. Mouth feel is full, carb is effervescent yet still soft. Finish is light bitter with some slight tart brett notes and more stone fruit and tropical hops. The barrel adds a soft earthiness, but it’s subtle, but it seems to take the tart edge off the brett at the same time. Overall a rounder, softer brett ipa because of the barrel.

Clear golden color and a white head. Tropical fruits turns to acidic-citric tartness. Nice hoppy finish.

Been sitting on this bottle for a while. Pours a pretty ugly murky dark brown, but really, this isn't a beauty contest. Nose is vanilla and funky grapes. Taste is decently aserbic sour, with grapes, oaky vanilla, mildly sweet malt. The sour isn't overwhelming, and linger with sweet wine notes. Overall nicely done.

Bottle from the LCBO (at least a year old). Lightly hazy medium gold under a huge active off white head that lingers and leaves some spotty lace. Nose is Brett funk, earth, green fruit, citrus, leather, light yeast, light bread, and some wood and some resin. Light fruit sweetness and a medium tartness of Brett and lemon peel. Mouth is medium with prickly carbonation and a crisp tart finish. Minimal IPA character but a nice well balanced wild ale. 8/4/7+/4-/15

A dark brown ale with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with loads of lemon pulp, light tropical fruits, light burned caramel caramel, ground cherries, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet tart ground cherries with light acidity, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and complex. On tap at brewery.

Bottle: Poured a dark reddish color ale with a medium size dirty head with limited retention and no lacing. Aroma of vinous notes with lot of oak, some cherry notes with some acidic notes also perceptible. Taste is also a mix of vinous notes with some cherry notes, some acidic notes with tart cherry and oak notes also noticeable. Body is full for style with medium/low carbonation. Not bad but lacking some attenuation with a little bit too much acidity and not sure high ABV is really necessary for this type of beer.
